I have time to spare on useful actions but, not time to waste on screw-ups (mine or someone else's). or that when I tried to re-register it the swecond time (with the re-install of X3) something got screwed up causing the old registration to be voided. This was my third time attempting to do so! Could it be my first registration a year ago was not recorded. I went to the CA-2A and found that when I inhibited it, the audio came through splendidly however, I was informed by a dialog box that the thing expired. in particular the CA-2A Leveling Amplifier. I finally found out that the problem was attributable to a failed FX. Why? Who knows for sure but the Kingdom stated it was because I hadn't registered the software. Building on a sixteen-year history as an in-person event, the conference was reimagined by the community as a virtual event. I chalked up my inability to re-register the software to the fact that I had already registered it a years or so ago. That was when I had to re-install my Sonar X3 and the rest of the X3 Producer software that was bundled. ![]() As I recall I did attempt to re-register but was not able to use the registration code. The reason was reflected in the message suggesting it was already used. It would have been nice to get some sort of message indicating that I had 27 miliseconds or so to register the thing or I would be subject to the wrath of the Kingdom. SOLUTIONThe CA-2A Leveling Amplifier bundled with my SOnar X3 Producer was intentionally made to not work.
